RULES AND REGULATIONS:

NOTE: Entries must be picked up Saturday after 9:00 p.m. or Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

All entries exhibited by owner’s risk, but all reasonable precautions will be taken for protection of all articles.
All articles will be received Sunday before the Fair from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. NO LONGER accepting articles on Monday.
All articles MUST be entered in the name of the person who made them.
Exhibitors will be permitted to exhibit only one entry in each lot.
All garments MUST have been made in the last year.
Only one 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be awarded per lot.
Judges’ scoring will be based on the following percentage:

Workmanship – 40%
Design – 30%
Suitability – 30%
